Our Process

About Us

  • Buccaneers RFC, Athlone

    • Back of the car park, behind the Bounty Bar and opposite the main pith entrance

  • Our handcrafted woodfired barrel sauna comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering an authentic heat experience with temperatures ranging from 75°C to 95°C with humidity ranging from 5-20%. 

  • Three large ice baths which are filtered and the water is continuously circulated, temperatures maintained around 7°C.

    These cold plunges are ideal for post-sauna recovery, athletic performance, or simply a refreshing challenge.

  • Two cold showers, three private changing rooms, and a spacious seating area for relaxation and socializing.
